FBC offers the following Florida Housing DPA Programs:

Standard Bond

Standard TBA

Hometown Hero Bond

Hometown Hero TBA

All the above programs are broker only lender paid transactions with a LP compensation of 2%.

Each Program has a maximum income limit based on the county where the borrower is purchasing. If your borrower(s) exceed the limit, they do not qualify for the program.

 

Standard BOND and TBA-  Standard Bond and TBA DPA Program offers Down payment assistance of $10,000.
