Clients2Homeowners.com is a site for loan originators built by a loan originator.

Pam Marron has originated residential mortgages for 41 years, most of it on the files other originators pass on: down payment assistance stacks, student loan debt that will not fit the ratios, and credit reports with errors nobody will correct. She has worked through those challenges across much of her career, tackling mortgage credit through the housing crisis, finding better solutions for clients with massive student loan debt who still want to buy a home, and mastering down payment assistance, probably the highest need for clients at present.

But Marron has often said that collaborating with mortgage industry colleagues has been the key to growth throughout her mortgage originating career, and this is what inspired Clients2Homeowners.com. Through career-long connections with other loan originators, underwriters and account executives, and from 2016 to 2019 as a member of the HUD Housing Counseling Federal Advisory Committee, which brought an awareness of the work of HUD counselors and what they can do to assist clients not yet ready for a mortgage, Marron resolved to make a web platform that houses solutions for the mortgage challenges that prevent loan originators from originating more.
